Close-boarded gates give privacy on a busy road; spindle-topped designs such as the Lulworth keep a lighter, more open look. Every design in the Heritage range can be built to your own measurements. Softwood suits a tighter budget, while hardwood gives a richer colour and grain.
Any gate we make, timber or metal, can be designed with automatic operation. We install swing and sliding systems and can fit a keypad or intercom on the pier so visitors are screened before the gate opens. Let us know early whether you want automation, as it affects how the gate is built. An intercom lets you speak to delivery drivers and visitors without leaving the house.
Car parks under flats, yards and business entrances need gates that cope with constant use. We build sliding and swing security gates for commercial premises, with locks and access control to keep the site to authorised people only. Sliding designs are a good choice where parked cars or a slope would block a swinging leaf, and we build them tall enough to deter trespassers.

These black driveway gates dip towards the centre in a soft bell curve. Spear finials top every bar, and a row of rings with small fleur-de-lis detail runs across the lower rail. Brick piers with ball caps hold the two leaves across a block-paved drive.
A narrow black side gate fills the gap between two brick walls at the front of a house. Its top rail rises into a scroll at each end with spear heads between, and matching panels sit on the low wall beside it. It is a neat way to secure a side path.
